GlobeMeet's monitoring is enforced at the mediasoup server level — not the UI. When a supervisor joins in monitor mode, the server never adds their peer to the room's participant list. Their WebRTC producers are never created. Even a network packet sniffer on the agent's machine would show no connection from the supervisor.

Yes. Remote agents connect to the GlobeMeet server over HTTPS from anywhere. Your server needs to be accessible over the internet (or VPN). We configure a Coturn TURN server during installation to ensure agents behind corporate firewalls or NAT networks can connect reliably. This is standard for all enterprise deployments.
