Each recording's MP4 is hash-chained at write time. Any subsequent modification (or deletion) breaks the chain and is detectable. Auditors can verify integrity from a separate read-only viewer without trusting the live system.

Many BFSI customers integrate a voice-biometric provider for caller authentication. GlobeMeet exposes the customer's audio stream via PlainTransport so a separate biometric service (Phonexia, Nuance, Auraya, Daon) can score it without ever reaching our cloud.

RBI requires longer retention for certain products (e.g., complaints, KYC, investment advice) than for others. Configure per-queue retention windows that match your product-line policy — no manual scrubbing required.
