Singh Software Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company registered in Punjab, headquartered in Jalandhar. We operate the GlobeMeet platform and the marketing site at globemeet.in. For privacy questions: privacy@globemeet.in.

When you contact us, book a demo, sign a contract, or use this website: your name, email, phone, company, and the contents of our communications. Server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for the marketing site, retained 30 days.

Because GlobeMeet is deployed on your infrastructure (or a private managed instance), customer audio, video, and recordings never reach Singh Software's servers. You are the Data Fiduciary under DPDP Act 2023. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every customer to formalise this division of responsibility.

To respond to enquiries, provide demos, fulfil contracts, send invoices, and (with consent) send the monthly engineering newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside Singh Software.

Under DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR (where applicable), you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of any data we hold about you. Email privacy@globemeet.in. We respond within 30 days. Refusals (rare) are explained in writing.

Customer-relationship data — for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for tax / regulatory reasons. Marketing-site logs — 30 days. Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe.

We use a single first-party session cookie for the demo-booking flow. No third-party cookies. No advertising trackers.

Material changes are emailed to all active customers 30 days before they take effect. The current version date is at the bottom of this page.
