How we work

Small team. High autonomy. Trunk-based development. Customer demos every Friday. Annual offsite in the hills. We don't do useless meetings. We don't ship code that we wouldn't want to maintain.

Compensation

Cash + meaningful equity. We benchmark against top-tier Indian product companies (Razorpay, CRED, Postman). We pay above market for senior IC roles because we operate without a manager layer.

Hiring process

1. Email careers@globemeet.in with what you've built. 2. 30-min intro call with a founder. 3. Take-home — 4-hour bounded, real problem we've actually faced. 4. 2-hour technical deep-dive on the take-home + adjacent topics. 5. Reference calls. Total elapsed time, typically 2 weeks.
