1. License grant
Subject to payment of the annual fee, Singh Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate GlobeMeet on the number of servers indicated in your plan. Concurrent-session limits per plan apply.

2. What's included
Per the plan you sign (Starter, Professional, Enterprise), one or more server licenses, support tier, and feature set. Updates are included for the license term — both bug-fix patches and new minor versions.
- Starter — 1 server, up to 100 concurrent sessions
- Professional — up to 2 servers, up to 500 concurrent sessions
- Enterprise — multi-server, unlimited concurrent sessions, custom features
- All plans include updates for the term

3. What you can't do
Resell, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, or run more concurrent sessions than your plan allows. White-label resellers operate under a separate Reseller Agreement.

4. Support & SLA
Tier-based support is defined in the SLA / Support document. Severity-1 response times range from 1 hour (Enterprise) to 1 business day (Starter).

5. Renewal & expiry
Reminders sent 60, 30, and 14 days before expiry. On expiry, new sessions are blocked but existing recordings remain accessible for 30 days. We never delete your data without instruction.

6. Termination
Either party can terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. On termination, you stop running GlobeMeet; we cooperate on data extraction and migration if requested.

7. Governing law
Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Jalandhar, Punjab.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — license re-issuance is free for hardware moves. Email license@globemeet.in with the old and new server fingerprints.
New sessions are blocked on expiry. Existing recordings, configuration, and data remain on your infrastructure — we don't delete anything. You can renew within 30 days to restore full functionality with no data loss.
