The rules for using globemeet.in and the GlobeMeet platform
Plain-language terms covering marketing-site usage, the demo pilot, and the relationship while we're still in pre-contract talks. Signed contracts override these.
By using globemeet.in, you accept these terms. If you sign a Software License Agreement, that contract takes precedence over these public terms for your relationship.
You agree not to scrape, attack, reverse-engineer, or impersonate. You agree not to use the site to send unsolicited communications. We agree to keep the site reasonably available. We can change these terms; we'll date the changes.
60 days, full features, no credit card. We deploy GlobeMeet on your infrastructure (or our managed cloud) and provide full support. In exchange, we ask for a written testimonial. Either side can terminate the pilot at any time. After 60 days, you convert to a paid plan or we clean up โ no data is retained without your explicit instruction.
Governed by the Software License Agreement and SLA you sign at purchase. Those documents control over these public terms.
These public terms come with no warranties beyond the obvious โ we use commercially reasonable effort to keep globemeet.in up. For paid customers, the Software License Agreement and SLA define the warranties and remedies that apply.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab.
